Over the Shoulder projects work on a project-by-project basis with a new group of carefully selected and screened participants brought in for each new project.
We'll give you a full briefing on the details of the project we engage you for, an outline of what the participants we recruit for you will be asked to do, and the duration of the project.
In cases where the project we recruit includes the possibility of follow-ups, time-extensions, or face-to-face work that happens before or after the Over the Shoulder sessions, we'll conduct that through you and make sure you know at the beginning of the project.

Over the Shoulder is a powerful, specialized platform designed to conduct qualitative research that includes participants capturing photos, audio and video recordings, journaling and other activities.
