Workbench return

Search Return

Once you have set up a customized search, and clicked the "Search" button, the submissions that fit your criteria will populate in the return section of the workbench.

In this section you can sort the answers, view/listen to the submissions, add additional tags to the submissions, or export the answers.

First, you'll notice a counter indicating how many submissions fit your search criteria.

To view the answers, click the submission you want to see to open the lightbox viewing screen.

You will be able to sort the answers that populate in the return section. Use the "Sort answers by" dropdown arrow to sort by Answer Received Time, Assignment Sent Time, or alphabetically by Participant.

Tag your search returns

Once you've generated a search, you can "group tag" all the items that were returned with a new tag. For example, you might search for everything that was tagged with "pain," "frustration," and "anxiety," then add a new tagged called "negative emotions" to all the submissions that were returned, or specific submissions you select from your search return.

You can easily tag the responses you pulled up by clicking on select all, entering a tag (new or existing), then click on "Add tag".

You can also manually select the submissions you want to tag by checking off the box on the top right corner of the submission, and clicking on the tag you wish to use from the Tag library.

Export your search returns

In this section you can also export the answers. Use the export button to create an export file with links to the media submissions or export the media files themselves.
