Resending email invitations to participants via the PVP

Resending email invitations to participants through the Project Viewing Portal

You can now use the Project Viewing Portal (PVP) to resend email invitations to participants. Previously, this capability was only possible in the CMS.

To resend a participant (or a group of participants) their original welcome/invitation email, 

1. Go to the Project Viewing Portal, click on the "Dashboard" tab.
2. Click the "Select people" button in the "Send message" tab to select the people you want to resend welcome/invitation email to.
3. Note that the people you have selected will appear in the "This message will be sent to the following people:" field.
4. Instead of clicking on the "Send" button, click on the "Resend invitation email" button.
5. A copy of the invitation email for your project will be sent to the selected participants.
   
   

NOTE: You can now resend email invitations to multiple participants at the same time.

NOTE:  If you use the "Resend invitation email" button, your participants will be sent the original invitation email you set up in the CMS. You can check out what the email invitation for the current project looks like or make changes to it by going to the CMS.
