You may also want to check on your project's progress by looking at the various "Activities" or "Assignments" that have been completed. To do this, click on the "By activity" tab, which is behind the "By participant" tab on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.
Here is a breakdown of the information you can find in the "By activity" tab:
- The number and the introductory text of the "Activity" or "Assignment." Hover your mouse over the text to see a "popup" of the complete introductory text (so that you can easily identify it if you can't figure it out from the text that's showing in the tab already).
- Response percentage bar. This is a graphic representation of how many of the people who have been sent this assignment or activity have completed it.
- The "(R)" beside this assignment's assignment number indicates that this is a recurring question that has been sent more than once to each participant.
- This fraction represents how many of your participants who were sent this assignment have submitted and answered over how many participants the assignment was sent to. The "(55)" indicates that they TOTAL number of responses submitted to this assignment is 55. This is possible because this assignment was sent on a recurring basic, meaning that each time it was answered by a participant, the assignemnt was re-sent to that participant so that they could answer it multiple times.
- You can also "Filter" the "By activity" tab by question type, question schedule, or by any custom field designation you've given to your participants (which could include things like gender, brand usage, age or other).
If you click on the Response percentage bar in the "By activity" menu, you'll see a graphic below detailing how many times each participant has answered this question, or put another way, how many of the answers that have been submitted from which participants.
This "Number of Answers by Participant" chart tells you that of some participants have answered this recurring question up to 6 times, while others have not yet submitted an answer.
This detail is availble ONLY on questions that have been setup on a recurring schedule.
