Exporting from the Workbench
The Project Viewing Portal is designed to make downloading media submissions individually or in groups quick and easy.
So, you could search for all submissions that have the tag "theme 1" and "****" (meaning the submission is great quality), then download just those responses to be built into a video for part of your presentation.
When you export a file from the PVP, you will be asked if you want to export with links of with files.
With links
Exporting with link will be a considerably faster download because you will only be downloading one file. The file you download will be an excel file which will contain the participant name, email and custom field information. It will also contain the Assignment, the question and the time stamp of when the answer was submitted. Their will be a link for each answer that has a media submission. The link will open a webpage where you will be able to view or download the answer (0013_163279_27_Sofia_P_478237_1.mp4). The file will export any tags, transcriptions or comments connected to the submission as well.
With files
Make sure that you are connected to a strong wi-fi signal to minimize your wait time when downloading large files. The file you download will include the excel file mentioned above, but will also contain additional folders labeled: Answer_Audio, Answer_Photo, Answer_Video. These folders will contain the media files your search returned.
